Krystal Parsons is an Island girl who enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three kids. Although she has lived in Alberta and the Caribbean, she has spent 32 years of her life in the Comox Valley. When she isn’t working with clients, Krystal loves taking part in community events and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, playing sports, and supporting her kids at their extracurricular activities.

With a strong passion for customer service, Krystal has always chosen professions that focus on helping other people. From previous work experience in retail and health care to her expertise in finance and investments, supporting her community with the most significant investment of their lives was an obvious fit. As a Mortgage Specialist, Krystal can combine her personable approach to professionalism with her expertise and experience in the finance industry. She understands the importance of knowing your options as a home buyer or borrower and how different rates can affect your bottom line.

As an Investment Representative working with the Bank of Montreal and being a Licensed Sales Assistant through CSI, Canadian Securities, Krystal has access to professional personal bankers and branch staff to ensure her clients have access to as many resources as possible. Ultimately, Krystal’s goal is to make her clients feel comfortable asking hard questions while feeling confident that they are working with a knowledgeable, confident, and caring professional.
